At Beestonley Honey, we take pride in the quality of our products. As honey is a food product, our returns and refunds policy differs from that of non-food items and complies with UK consumer law.

Perishable and Food Products

Due to food hygiene and safety regulations, honey and other food products are non-returnable once they have been opened or used.

You do not have a right to change your mind for food products once they have been delivered, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product is faulty

  • You receive the wrong item

  • The product is not as described

If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographic evidence of the problem

We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.

Unopened Items

In limited cases, unopened and unused food products may be eligible for a refund at our discretion. Any return must:

  • Be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Be unopened, unused, and in original condition

  • Be returned at the customer’s expense

Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 working days after approval

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty

Items Not Eligible for Refund

  • Opened or used honey jars

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Orders where incorrect delivery details were provided by the customer

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
